How it Works:
At the end of your first service, we will schedule your next service for one year out, or 6 months out for customers on our biannual plan. A few weeks from the next scheduled service we will contact you to see if the scheduled date and services still work with your schedule, if they don’t, we simply reschedule to a more convenient time that does work for you. And that’s it!

Annual Savings
This applies to carpet, furniture, window and solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Annual membership breaks down like this
- $50 off service $299 or more
- $100 off services $399 or more
- 150 off Service $499 or more
- Beyond the $799 mark is when additional discounts can occur. This is common, because customers often combine services such as window cleaning and carpet cleaning and even pressure washing. We adjust on a job by job basis
You are not bound to the discount you start with. Let’s say you add window cleaning with your carpet cleaning for one year and you previously were at the $50 off discount, it could take you to the $150 off by combining the services for that year.
You are not bound to the service type at the next scheduled service. Maybe your membership started with window cleaning in the first year, but the next year, you determine the windows are fine and want your carpets cleaned. No problem, the service, pricing and discount level is simply adjusted for your next scheduled appointment.
A note on “Material Condition.” Most often this applies to carpets, but it can apply to excessively dirty windows and tracks, even concrete for pressure washing. If the carpet is excessively dirty on the first scheduled service and requires a “restoration” level of cleaning which takes twice as long. Your first-year membership pricing may be higher than in the following years. On the next scheduled service, if the carpet is well maintained the pricing should go down because it will be easier to clean.
Annual Maintenance benefit examples:
Spots, or spills on carpet that you would like to treat before your next scheduled visit. This is only to address two to three stains, and is not a complete recleaning of the entire carpet
Preparing for a guest visit and your main carpet traffic area needs a touch up
A few highly visible Windows have water spots, or you have pet marks that you would like to clean up before having guests over
Spilled a couple spots of oil or grease in the driveway
And more. In all, we’re very flexible until we notice the benefit is being abused or the request is outsized, taking more than 30 minutes total time to complete

Counter Rotating Brush (CRB) Carpet Restoration
